Reservation, Sales and Marketing Manager

Olia

Oversees guest reservations and communications across email, website, Airbnb, and Booking.com, ensuring clear pre-arrival coordination with guests and villa owners.

Coordinates check-ins with staff, maintains guest correspondence throughout each stay, addresses requests, and manages smooth departures.

​

Develops and maintains the social media calendar, creating posts to strengthen Mani Holidays’ online presence.

​

This role ensures efficient reservation management and an exceptional guest experience, supporting both sales growth and service quality.

Villa Manager

•    Manages day-to-day operations and guest                  services across  a complex of villas.

 •    Responsible for taking reservations and                       answering booking requests.

    •  Coordinates and oversees guest check-ins                 and check-outs.

    •  Provides guest support throughout their stay,         addressing any needs promptly.

    •  Proactively handles guest requests and                       resolves any issues to maintain a high                           standard of service.  

​  •   Ensures that all areas are maintained to                       provide a seamless, memorable guest                           experience.

 •    Responsible for creating invoices, collecting               payments and basic accounting duties.

Pool Supervisor

    •    Conducts water quality testing and ensures              pH levels meet health and safety standards.

    •    Performs routine maintenance to keep pools            guest-ready and pristine.

    •    Inspects and monitors pool conditions in all              weather to uphold consistent quality.

    •    Supports an enjoyable guest experience by                ensuring crystal-clear, well-maintained pools.

Technical Assistant

The Technical Assistant ensures the upkeep and functionality of outdoor and technical areas across the villas. Key qualifications include:

​

    •    Proficiency in Greek and English

    •    Educational background in engineering or 3+            years of experience in technical fields                            (electrical, plumbing, construction)

    •    Valid European driver’s license

    •    Flexible, strong focus on quality 

    •    Self-motivated with a commitment to                            provide an excellent job

Reservation and Villa Assistance

•    Supports the Reservation Manager and Villa Manager with both office and operational tasks.

    •    Assists with guest communications, reservations, and villa scheduling to maintain high service standards.

    •    Conducts office tasks such as basic computer operations.

    •    Proficiency in Greek and English required; effective communicator with strong service focus.

    •    Valid European driver’s license preferred.

    •    Flexible in handling villa-related tasks to ensure a smooth guest experience.

    •    Additional skills in organization or problem-solving are valued and contribute to team success.

Villa Supervisor

The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning team to maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and presentation in luxury villa environments. Key requirements and skills include:

 

    •    Proficiency in English and Greek

    •    Minimum 2 years of experience in high-                        standard or luxury cleaning

    •    Valid European driver’s license

    •    Strong organizational and communication                  skills

    •    Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to                4 team members

    •    Self-motivation with a dedication to quality                and service excellence

    •    Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safe              chemical handling

Garden and Outdoor Space Supervisor

   •   Oversees the upkeep and aesthetics of                        outdoor areas across villas.

   •   Manages gardening tasks including trimming,          planting, and nurturing of all plants and                      flowers.

    •   Maintains landscape design to create visually           appealing and functional outdoor spaces.

    •   Routinely visits each villa to ensure outdoor               areas are immaculate and guest-ready.

    •   Enhances guest experience by providing well-           kept and welcoming outdoor spaces and                     gardens.​​​

Garden Specialist

   •    Maintains and enhances villa gardens,                           ensuring all plants and flowers are in                               excellent health and bloom beautifully.

    •    Manages and operates the irrigation system             to ensure efficient and consistent watering.

    •   Performs seasonal pruning, tree trimming,                and landscaping to keep gardens well-                           organized and visually appealing.

    •   Conducts regular cleaning and upkeep of                   garden paths, borders, and decorative                         features.

    •    Monitors garden health and addresses any               issues promptly to provide guests with lush,             well-kept outdoor spaces.

Villa Attendant

The Villa Attendant is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all villas. Key duties include:

​

    •    Performing thorough cleaning tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing                surfaces in bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas.

    •    Ensuring linens, towels, and amenities are fresh and well-presented.

    •    Adhering to strict cleanliness and safety protocols.

    •    Reporting maintenance or repair needs to management.

​

The ideal candidate will have experience in high-standard cleaning environments and a strong attention to detail to provide an exceptional guest experience.
